It's Day Two of Deck the Haunted Halls and we're thrilled and chilled to present Founding Member Sheri Warren's adaptation of Smee by A.M. Burrage. Smee was first published in 1931 and is a delightfully creepy story of a Christmas Eve game of hide and seek gone wrong. Sheri was excited to receive permission from Mr. Burrage’s granddaughter, Susannah Burrage, to adapt and modernize the tale for Mosaic Players Deck the Haunted Halls event!
Sheri Warren is an actress, director, teacher, and curriculum developer who dearly loves everything about the Christmas season. Bringing a spooky element into it has been a blast!

A sad tale’s best for winter ... I have one. Of sprites and goblins.”
Mamillius, Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale
During the month of December, please join the Mosaic Players by the light of our shared virtual screens as we enjoy ghostly tales. Our members will be recording songs, stories, readings, and more. As videos become available, we'll post them here, there, and everywhere. If you have a ghostly tale that you'd like to share, please contact Artistic Director, Rebecca Zellar (rebecca.zellar@mosaicplayers.org). 'Tis the season!
