Mosaic Players will be honoring, exploring, challenging ourselves, and putting into practice the demands laid out by the 300+ multigenerational Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) theatremakers. It will take work, our members will remain humble and open to challenging themselves and each other, and we will actively be aware that racism impacts and effects all the work we do. We will counter that with anti-racist practices and will adopt Nicole Brewer's ethos of harm reduction, harm prevention, and relationship repair.
