Our next project will be a fantastic and fun adaptation of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.
Artistic Director, Rebecca Zellar, started collaborating with a few of our younger Mosaic Players in December and, based on their weekly discussions, has written a script filled with the visions and staging ideas shared by Natalie Ortega, Bartek Chrupek, Clara Riter, Bella Muir, Chase Muir, and Claire Haran. The script is currently being read by the members and Rebecca will start editing soon. The company will hold a reading of the script and then we'll start putting the production together!
The production will end up being the size of a small traveling carnival and will be produced in a variety of outside spaces. The audience will be spaced out and the production will enact and accommodate social distancing protocols. Audience size will be limited.
